God Will Use All Things For Good

God Will Use All Things For Good

And we know that God works in all things for the good of those who love him, who are called according to his purpose. Romans 8:28 NIV

God Can Use Your Mistakes For His Good

Romans 8:28 is a popular verse among many Christians. He says God is working for my good in all things. For those like me who struggle with selfishness, this is an interesting article. God is working for my good. Although I am going through some difficulties right now, they are temporary. God will soon step in to work and make things right for me.

But is that really what the passage says? I do not believe that. It is not a promise that I will be in debt, with a nice car and a nice house, a good job and a loving wife and obedient children. Maybe I think these are good for me. But God is looking at something bigger. He prepares me both for service here and for eternity.

You can see this verse and this passage continue. He works for the good of those who love him. Those who are called according to his purpose. There’s a lot here, but the phrase “called for its purpose” is particularly interesting. God does not work for my purposes, but for His. He works through everything to make me good for his purposes. He is a skilled craftsman. I am just a piece of clay. He doesn’t work to make me who I want to be. But what does he want me to be? A nice and useful pot that he can fill.

The two verses below describe some of the things God does in me and for me. He predestined me to be like Jesus. This lump of clay is just that. And he called me, justified and glorified me. God is truly working for my good. In all.

God Will Use All Things For Good

“In every detail of your life, God is at work. “Everything” even includes our mistakes. God even takes your mistakes and corrects them to your advantage. He reigns. He is sovereign. In all, he works for the benefit of those who love him. Brilliantly, the cross shows that just as God took the worst event in history and turned it into the best; He can take the worst things in your life and use them for good.

This promise applies to all Christians. He explains in detail in verses 29-30 – you are foreknew, predestined, called, justified, glorified. The first four events have happened, but the Rosary is a future event. However, Paul uses the same past for all. “You are… honored.” This use of the aorist (perfect) tense shows Paul’s confidence in the future – it is already assured.

It’s surprising. It is perhaps the boldest statement of faith in the entire New Testament. He talks about general security. Christian security is based on the infinite love of God. This reliable foundation is deeper than all your circumstances and emotions. “

We get the most out of each verse when we understand them in context. So do not hesitate to dig a little deeper into the meaning of this verse with these resources:

“In the meantime, when we are tired of waiting, the Spirit of God is with us to help us. It does not matter if we do not know what and how to pray. He prays for us in and for us, he prays for our little ones moans, our painful moans. He knows us better than ourselves, knows our state of pregnancy, and keeps us before God. Therefore, we can be sure that every detail of our love for God will affect something good in our lives.” (Romans 8:26-28, MSG).

To save! Say Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that he is risen – Romans 10:9 When bad things happen, we often wonder where God is or why he allowed bad things to happen. But God uses everything for his good. You might not believe it right now, especially if you’re stuck in what you’re going through, but it’s true.

God Will Use All Things For Good

Sounds strange, doesn’t it? That God chooses to turn something that was really bad into something good. But He can. Therefore, He changed the story of Adam and Eve, which should have ended in death, and sent a Savior to bring mankind back from the curse. He used the jealousy and enmity of Joseph’s brothers to save the whole family and the people of Israel. This is the change God wants to make in our lives.

Does God Really Work All Things Out For Our Good?

Romans 8:28 The Promise And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose (Romans 8:28).

Many people quote this verse out of context. Everything contributes to the benefit of the work, they say. But it is a conditional promise. All things work together for good to those who love God and are called to his purpose.

The Bible says we have been called out of darkness and into the wonderful light of God (1 Peter 2:9). But when God called us into the light, we were given a new name. We have become:

All Things Work Together…

We are also obligated to “declare the praises of him who called [us] out of darkness into his wondrous light.” We are witnesses who must bear witness to what God has done in our lives.

When we live up to our calling, God uses our bad experiences—the things Satan wanted to destroy—and transforms them into something wonderful.

God Will Use All Things For Good

It’s not a new concept. Since the beginning of time, God has changed the lives of his people because he loves them and is kind to them. Therefore, the Bible contains many verses that remind us that everything is replaceable.

Relax! God Is Working For Your Good

Because I think that the sufferings of the present time should not be compared to the glory which must be revealed to us. (Romans 8:18).

Count all the joy, my brethren, when you face various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience. But let patience have a perfect work, so that you may be whole and complete, lacking nothing (James 1:2-3 NJKV).

And after you have suffered a little, the God of all grace, who has called you to his eternal glory in Christ, will restore you, confirm you, strengthen you, and strengthen you (1 Peter 5:10).

We are pressed on all sides, but we are not crushed; confused, but not desperate; persecuted but not abandoned; smitten but not destroyed (2 Corinthians 4:8-9 NIV).

No trial common to man has reached you. God is faithful and He will not allow you to be tempted beyond measure, but with the temptations He will also make a way of salvation so that you can endure it (1 Corinthians 10:13).

In him also we have obtained an inheritance, predestined according to the purpose of him who works all things according to the counsel of his will, that we, who first put our trust in Christ, may be his glory for his glory (Ephesians 1:11-12 NKJV).
