Jane Tu Ya Jaane Na Full Movie – Jaane tu ya jaane na is the best story of the year. My goodness, so many goals. I really couldn’t decide if I liked the movie or not. Same story… Jaanu main yaanu na! 🙂 lol
The movie starts with an airport sequence where 4 useless buggers decide to tell a story to any girlfriend. A story about Jai Singh Rathore and Meow aka Aditi Mahant. Jai and Aditi are best friends who cannot live without each other. (Remember Rahul and Anjali from Kuchh Kuchh Hota hai?) They sing together, dance together, go to college together, eat together, sleep together…no mistake. They do everything, but they don’t love each other. Because Jai is a thoroughly depraved Rajput, that is. He is very sweet, well-mannered and tough, unlike the macho Rajputs, the perfect mother’s boy. But Aditi has no feminine qualities. It’s extreme, extreme love, extreme emotions, extreme anger… blah blah! Jai thinks he should be with a very sweet girl, while Adi wants to marry a Hye-man.

So that’s the plot of the movie. Nothing fancy, but well presented. Now enter Meghna, Jai’s new found love or what she thinks is love. Meghna brings a lot of freshness to Jai’s life (for the movie Apathy. Manjari Phadnis is pathetic) He has left Aditi’s arms to look for a new direction and a new friend. Aditi is not complaining, but the frustration is evident in her demeanor. He doesn’t like Jai hanging out with his girlfriend. And what happens? Enter another character, Sushant Modi, Aditi’s macho best man. Aditi becomes intimate with him, but never that close. It is enough to make Jai realize what a mistake he has made. Aditik’s affair with Sushant devastated Jai. Say life can’t wait, and move on. This is how it should be in real life. But this is a Bollywood movie. So another (small) twist. Our macho Sushant is not at all gentle and respectful. His list of ex-girlfriends is long. The “I’m the boss” type, he doesn’t get along well with everyone. Then, after more silliness, the story ends happily, as Bollywood tends to do. Of course I’m not stupid to say how.

The film overall has a very youthful feel to it. Among the 6 silly friends, Aditi’s very nice parents, Jai’s mother and dead but very proud father in the talking portrait (played very well by Ratna Pathak Shah and Nariruddin Shah), Paresh Rawal as Inspector Waghmar. , Arbaaz and Sohail Khan in cameos, adding some physics to an otherwise mundane film. The humor is very well directed, but there aren’t any memorable lines you’d expect from Abbas Tirawala (the director). Imran Khan is very likable (he was inherited by his brother Aamir Khan), but he may need more acting lessons. It reminds me of Abhay Deol from Sotxa. Genelia has been in Telagu movies for too many years, she is very sweet until she opens her mouth. Others, especially Prateek Babbar as Aditi’s brother, supported the film well. Of course, finally, A.R. Rahman is also very good. It’s a refreshing departure from his usual genre.
As I said, overall the movie is fun. If you want to see a good-humored youth drama with no bad characters and cute little people, watch it.

The ease and comfort between Genelia D’Souza and Prateik Babbar is reminiscent of a sibling relationship. The film beautifully shows how two brothers who are completely opposite in nature understand each other better than others.

Last September was the best season of Hindi films in four years for New Voices, and I saw and presented several interesting and thought-provoking films.
It included six films by new directors, among which there is not a single duff (so no Mahal, Hydrabad Blues 2 or Mangel Panday from previous years). But it was Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na (translation: can you tell or not) that stole the show for me.
It is basically a fun post-teen drama and produced by Aamir Khan with all the production values of this producer/protagonist of Laagan and Rang De Basanti.
But unlike either of those two (excellent) films, Jaan Tu Ya Jaan Na eschews political or historical considerations and focuses firmly on a coming-of-age story.

The 2008 film is set in and around a college in Mumbai and is the story of a boy (Imran Khan’s Jai) who meets a girl (played by Genelia Aditi), meets the girl, breaks up with the boy and finally reunites at the airport. the variety
Along with it, director Abbas Tirawalla recalls his college days and says he had to write them before too much time passed to do them justice.
He controls the film with a very effective “overture” and completes it with a well-paced story arc.
The characterization focuses heavily on Jai and Aditya, but gives enough depth to the supporting cast to feel like a team effort led by the two leads.

Of course, it adheres to some general rules of aspiration in teen films. So sure, a few friends have cars, but there’s more to the story than you might expect from a comparison.
At some points the film fell short of the mark. Adi jokingly writes “I’m gay” from Jai and Jai tricks two drunk guys into lying about the girl having AIDS, which makes me think she’s using another sexually transmitted disease for a comedic purpose.
Despite these incidents, overall the film was very entertaining. These songs open with the sound of a song with a deceptively unmemorable title – I heard it on the radio and immediately remembered it. Maybe later I will find out that this film is by one of Bollywood’s most successful composers, A.R. I found out there is another one with Rahman’s soundtrack. Hindi movies are at least two and a half hours long, and with a young family, I’m not exactly short on time. So maybe the best compliment I can give is that I want to watch a Bollywood movie a second time. With Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na, I am looking forward to seeing it for the third time in the not too distant future.
