He and his wife arrived late on Saturday before he preached on Sunday. Mercifully, the lady gave up her bedroom for guests.
The next morning, when the preacher awoke, he opened the curtains to a beautiful view—soft hills in the distance and beautiful green meadows in the valley below. Then, in the corner of the windowpane, he noticed the words scrawled in childish writing: “It is the day.”

They remind him that God has a plan. So every morning he says, “I want to see the sun through God’s promise. This is the day, and if the Lord calls me or if He comes for me, I want to live today for him.”
