Well, let’s start with the good news, I really enjoyed watching this movie. I wasn’t tired at all. Laugh a little, laugh a little. It was a sweet relationship. Now the bad news. No story if you are looking for something special. This is a common story between boys and girls where both do not know that they are in love.

Pros: College kids finally look like college kids. Emraan and Genelia’s performances are sweet, well, the script didn’t call for their lifetime achievement anyway. š The supporting cast was amazing. The couple is Ratna Pathak Shah and Naseeruddin Shah as Imran’s parents. Naseeruddin Shah Jag laughed at everything. All the other children (one Smita Patil-Raj Babbar’s son Prateek) are also doing well. While the villains are few, there is one person who plays his role well, as a ruthless, insensitive man. The music is distinctly AR Rahman-ish.
Lyrical: Tu Bole Main Boloon
Iā¦ music is a foot wound. The dialogues by Abbas Tyrawala (also the director) are crisp. And don’t miss the Khan brothers (Arbaaz and Sohail) dressed as cows. š
Cons: Predictable story (though it doesn’t hurt too much) and story-telling style. If you cut out these narratives, the story is easy.
Holiday: It is clear that the film is directed by a woman. It’s about two women, Cameron Diaz and Kate Winslet, who both have problems with men. The two are inherently opposite. One who refuses to face his cheater and the other who is constantly trampled by his ex-partner. He always forgives and he continues to act like a fool. Watch for fun as they find the love of their lives when they trade their lives for a two-week vacation.
Another Christmas movie and I saw a lot of France in it. Rowan Atkinson wins a travel package to Cannes. He travels by bicycle, as much as possible by scooter and train. Every possible disaster strikes before he reaches his destination, Cannes Beach. Unknowingly, he finds a reluctant child to accompany him on his adventures.

My favorite scene in the film is this: Atkinson enters the Cannes Film Festival after being screened in an epic film by a selfish director who has put himself into every frame of his film. Rowan sabotages the show to make it interesting. š
